Children deserve to feel good about who they are, what they look like, and the talents they can contribute to their communities. Gender stereotypes can be restrictive to growing boys and girls and prevent them from sharing themselves fully to their peers, family, and community. Through educational play, EmpoweringU teaches life lessons to children to foster healthy minds and bodies. It is our hope that we can instill positive values into children’s lives about being a kind, gentle, and loving leader to others.

We listen to children’s stories and opinions. We encourage their self-expression on relevant topics like body image, leadership, and role models. We model self-love, leadership, and kindness to all. We build a future of healthy young adults who will shape our local and global communities.
