Inspirational program for girls to cultivate self-love and self-acceptance about their own bodies while uplifting other girls, and in the process recognizing that they are more than just their bodies; they are brains, personality, and spirit!

Activities include a group discussion on body image and an interactive presentation on vintage and contemporary sexist advertisements where girls will identify and analyze how women are objectified.
